Liu Suyin

Ms. Liu Suyin, aged 55, joined our Group in 2007. She is a vice-president of our Company as well as the general manager of SGLD and is responsible for overseeing the Luodian Project since end of 2007. Ms. Liu obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Asia International Open University (Macau) in November 2006. She joined the SRE Group in 2002 and was a member of the senior management of various subsidiaries of SRE principally responsible for overseeing property development projects and hotel management until she joined our Group in 2007. She was appointed as a committee member of the 6th Baoshan District Political Consultative Committee on December 30, 2009.
