Our Business

We manage the entire process of a new town development project, from designing of the master plan of the new town, to relocation and resettlement of incumbent residents and businesses, clearing and preparation of the land, and installation of infrastructure.

In each of the new town projects we develop, clear and prepare a majority of residential plots so that they are suitable for sale by the relevant land authorities to third-party residential property developers.

We also acquire the land use rights to parts of land to develop, manage and operate commercial properties, such as hotels and convention centres. In addition, we enter into agreements with the local governments to build, manage and operate public amenities, such as museums and recreational parks.
