Auxiliary Property

Hotel We intend to construct one 400 room hotel. Construction of the hotel is expected to commence in 2007 and be completed in 2010. The hotel will have a GFA of approximately 74,000 square meters.

Retail Area We also intend to build a retail area which will include an entertainment center, theaters and a shopping mall. The retail area is planned to have a GFA of approximately 170,700 square meters.

Public Amenities Approximately 33.9% of the site area in the Wuxi Project is currently designated for public amenities. A major feature of Wuxi Project under the current master plan will be an area known as the "Taibo Tomb District," commemorating Wu Taibo, the son of an emperor who came to Wuxi over 3,000 years ago and founded what is now referred to as the "Wu Culture." Other major public amenities planed for Wuxi New Town include parks, rivers, ponds and lakes, schools and hospitals and other health clinics.
