Master Plan

Once completed, the Wuxi Project is planned to have approximately 8.6 million square meters of site area and 5.4 million square meters of GFA. Under the current version of the Wuxi Project master plan, the anticipated land allocation is as set forth in the following table.

The layout of the Wuxi Project is expected to be as follows:

Hongshan Master Plan

Residential Area

The current version of the Wuxi Project master plan calls for the development of residential properties with a GFA of approximately 4.9 million square meters, representing approximately 90.0% of the total GFA available. The residential area will be divided into separate plots for the sale of land use rights to third party property developers.

Commercial Properties

Approximately 2.6 million square meters, representing 29.2% of the total site area of the Wuxi Project, is designated for commercial property development. The commercial area of the Wuxi Project is planned to have a GFA of approximately 244,700 square meters.

Major planned commercial properties include:

  • Sporting and leisure facilities,
  • Hotel and
  • Retail area.
