Retail Area
We intend to build a shopping mall for entertainment and high-end consumer products. The retail area is planned to have a GFA of approximately 225,000 square meters.
Hotels
We intend to build two luxury hotels, one with 300 rooms and a second with 500 rooms. Construction of the first hotel (500 rooms) is expected to commence in 2007 and be completed in 2009 and construction of the second hotel (300 rooms) is expected to commence in 2009 and be completed in 2010. The hotels will together comprise a total GFA of approximately 15,000 square meters.
Hot Spring Resort
We intend to build a hot spring resort. The hot spring resort is planned to have a GFA of approximately 15,000 square meters.
Business District
We intend to build a business district, which will include office space. The business district is planned to have a GFA of approximately 125,000 square meters.
Public Amenities
Approximately 18.0% of the site area in the Shenyang Project is currently designated for public amenities. We expect the public amenities to include:
- Hospitals and other health clinics,
- Schools,
- Amenities centers,
- Markets,
- Social welfare center,
- Meteorite Park and
- Museum
