Golf Courses

Meilan Lake Golf Center, comprising a completed 1,146,081 sq.m., 36-hole international standard golf course, plans to enroll up to 2,000 members. The golf courses were designed by Peter Thomson, a five-time winner of the British Open and three-time champion of the Australian Open. The golf courses, operated and managed by Shanghai Malaren Golf Club Co. Ltd., comprise of two 18-hole golf courses named the South Lake Course and the North Forest Course.

The 18-hole South Lake Course commenced operation in August 2004 and measures 7,248 yards in length and is par 72, with classic Scottish design and features. The Course is landscaped with flowers, waterfalls, lakes and wooden bridges.

The 18-hole North Forest Course, which commenced operation in September 2005 and measures 7,266 yards in length and is par 72, is a private member golf course.

Retail Street

CNTD has acquired land use rights to approximately 62,629 square meters of GFA designated for retail development.

Convention Center

The Convention Center has a GFA of over 33,000 square meters and is operated and managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group. Completed in 2004, the Convention Center has:

• a theatre;
• restaurants;
• a hotel with 76 guest rooms;

Public Amenities

The Luodian Project also includes a number of public amenities. They include:

The park, museum, gym and tennis center have a total site area of approximately 473,414 square meters.Lake Meilan is connected to the Panjing River to form natural navigable waterways. Yachts with a dead weight of up to 100 tons can enter Lake Meilan from the Yangtze River and anchor at a private pier that we operate and manage on Lake Meilan.
