China New Town Development Company Limited ("CNTD" or the "Company") is a leading new town developer in the PRC. Working closely with local governments, we are principally engaged in the planning and development of large-scale new town projects. We are mainly focused on developing new towns which are located in the suburban areas of China's major cities.

We also acquire the land use rights to develop, manage and operate commercial properties, such as hotels and convention centers. In addition, we enter into agreements with the local governments to build, manage and operate public amenities, such as museums and recreational parks.

Currently, CNTD has four projects: Shanghai Luodian New Town Project, Wuxi Hongshan New Town Project, Shenyang Lixiang New Town Project and Changcun Automobile Town. We will continue to focus on and identify potential business opportunities in the suburban areas of major cities in the PRC.
